A: We are specialized in casual shoes, outdoor shoes and sandals for men, women and children.
Q: How do you control the quality of your products?
A:We have a professional QC team to check and test the quality of mass production.
Q: Can you make our design or put our logo on the products?
A: Yes. All designs are welcome. If necessary, our R&D team will develop your designs with your requirements.
Q: Can I ask for samples before placing the orders?
A: Yes. But usually, you need to pay for the costs of the carriers and samples charges. We will return you the sample charges once
you place the official orders to us.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T and L/C at sight for the orders.
Q: When can you deliver our shoes after my payment?
A: We need around two weeks for the samples and 40-60 days for the production after everything is confirmed.
